Grainsearch Grower Licence and Royalty Agreements

GrainSearch has now loaded the relevant 2016 Variety Licence Agreements.  These Licence details are listed below and ALL growers who sow GrainSearch varieties MUST comply with the relevant Licence Terms & Conditions.  Growers who do not wish to comply should grow other non PBR protected varieties.

This licence below is the Licence applicable for all growers who will sow Westminster, Revenue, Beaufort on Mainland Victoria and Tasmania from Nov 2015 to Nov 2016.

Any Grower who sows any of these varieties in 2015 (from seed purchased or retained on farm), must adhere to the relevant terms and conditions contained within the licence agreements.
